This group consists of men, women, and couples of a wide range of ages. They share Christian fellowship and the desire to have a better insight into the Word of God, to see how it relates to our daily lives, and to learn how to be closer to Him in our living. Adult Fellowship meets the first Sunday evening of each month from October through May. Meetings start after the evening service with a light supper, followed by a guest speaker, Bible Study, or other program.
Dr. Nick Kroeze from Kuyper College is our special guest speaker for the October, November, December, and January meetings. Dr. Kroeze is speaking on creation.
A study of God's Word by which men look at the scripture and notice what is said about our own role in God's kingdom. By doing this we will take passages of scripture and apply them to our personal lives, and then discuss the scriptures with other men in the group. This group meets every Monday evening from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
| MEN'S SATURDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY |
This group meets for breakfast at Sandi's Restuarant at 7:30 AM twice a month. Following breakfast, a time of Bible study with lessons geared towards men's life issues. Men of all ages are welcome - just come to Sandi's!
JOY (Jesus first, Others second, Yourself last) is for ladies of all ages. It meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. Meetings are opened with prayer and singing. This is followed with studying the Word of God with open discussion and encouragement for one another in our daily walk with our Lord and Savior. After each Bible lesson you will enjoy coffee, tea, and a snack served by the committee of the month. The first meeting of the season begins with a get-acquainted salad supper.
Our adult choir rehearses during the school year on Thursday evenings beginning at 7:30 p.m. They frequently lead worship during Sunday services.
Bell ringers meet each Thursday evening during the school year (6:30-7:30 p.m.) to prepare music for upcoming worship services.
This is a meal ministry of Cutlerville East CRC. Church members donate food items, and spend time occasionally cooking together to stock our freezer with meals which can be given to those who have had surgery or experienced the birth of a new baby.
